These packages are special to explore the Mamori River Reserve, located 70 kilometres south of Manaus AM, during the Rainy Season is possible to start this trip directly from Manaus by boat (February to August) and during the Dry Season (September to January) we go by van and pick up the boat in the Mamori River. This river very reaches in wildlife where the visitors will have the chance to observe the pink river dolphins, monkeys, caimans, exotic birds, etc during this trip the visitors will explore other rivers, lakes, canals and the flooded forest like the Panema Lake, Tucunare Lake, Mamori Lake, Tracaja River, Maçarico River and the Juma River these rivers are excellent to make canoeing, jungle hike, caiman spotting, piranha fishing, overnight in the jungle etc.

1. We inspect the boats that we work with regularly as well as rescue and care equipment onboard emergency and first aids.

Day 1
The pick up starts at 8:00 am from your Hotel by car or by van to the port Ceasa (20 minutes) then cross the Rio Negro to the village Careiro passing by the meeting of the waters where the Negro River meets the Solimoes forming the amazing Amazon River that flows all the way down to the Atlantic Ocean.
Then take a van for about 50 minutes BR 319 high way and stop in the way to appreciate the water lilies and continue until arrive to the Mamori river to embark on board in a boat with cabins or boat with hammocks a welcome drink will be served onboard the guide will introduce the crew and facilities then start navigation downstream and start with the activities.
At 2:30 pm you are going by motorized boat to explore the small rivers the flooded forest and observe wildlife like the squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys, exotic birds dolphins, etc return to the boat to have dinner.
After, dinner you have a night boat excursion to spot Caimans (Alligator relative) your guide will catch one with his own hands using a flashlight to take some pictures of this fascinated reptile and then release it to the river after this tour you go back to the boat to spend the night.
Day 2
Wake up at 5:00am for sunrise and bird watching you have chance to see nice birds monkeys and dolphins after this tour you go back to the boat to have breakfast.
At 8:30am you go for a jungle walk for about 2 hours in primary forest your guide will show you medicinal plants edible fruits like brasil nuts very common in the region ,explanation about flora and fauna ,jungle survival techniques, you have chance to see different species of plants and trees probably you will find a Tarantula, poison frogs that is used by Indians in their darts to paralyze monkeys after the jungle walk return to the boat to have lunch.
At 2:30pm you have another boat excursion this time you go canoeing in the flooded forest and canals ,you have chance to see sloth ,it depends how lucky you are these animals live on the tree tops probably you see reptiles like Iguanas, snakes, dragons and Monkeys piranha fishing also includes in this tour return to the boat about 6:00pm in the evening your guide will tell you some jungle stories.
Day 3
At 8:30 am you go by motorize boat to visit a native family (Caboclos) people who were born in the region you can have an idea how the people live in the interior fishing and farming are the main economy of those people you have the chance to see the manioc flour process called Farinha (cereal typical from the amazon area, return to the boat to have lunch, take a shower and start to pack, the way back is done by road arriving in Manaus about 5:00 pm a van or a car will be waiting for you to take you to the Hotel or Airport, end of the tour.

Desde o encontro das águas, o Parque Ecológico de Janauarí onde vimos macacos, a caminhada no Ararí onde um guia indígena nos mostrou plantas medicinais, a travessia da baia do Boiussú, o rio Ariaú no arquipélago das Anavelhanas, a pescaria e a focagem de jacarés. Foi um passeio muito lindo no Rio Negro e no Rio Solimões, uma lembrança inesquecível. Recomendo, tanto para jovens em busca de diversão quanto para adultos afins de tranquilidade e paisagens.
